Man in court over cocaine bust

A 53-year-old man was arrested at Prestwick Airport last night on suspicion of trying to smuggle cocaine into the country. The man was stopped by officers from the UK Border Agency after he got off a flight from Spain.
Police were called after the man was found to be in possession of drugs, believed to be cocaine, with an estimated value of £60,000. He is to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court today.
