Ryanair announce summer Malta flights
12.02.11
Prestwick Airport is to receive a new service to Malta this summer from Ryanair. Taking off on April 14, the route will be operated twice weekly, with flights starting from £32.00 one way including taxes. Seats for the new route are already on sale and those booking flights will also receive free rail travel to Prestwick Airport.
A spokesman for the airport said: ‘We are delighted to announce another hugely popular sunshine destination at Prestwick. Scots love Malta because of its climate and culture and we are confident it will be a huge success, particularly with Ryanair's great low fares.’
To take advantage of the rail offer passengers must present their flight confirmation at a First ScotRail Ticket Office and they will receive a free voucher for travel to and from the airport from any location in Scotland.
