Flybe to operate summer Jersey flights

Flights between Prestwick Airport and Jersey will be operated by Flybe next summer, it has been confirmed. The regional airline will operate the route every Saturday from June 19th to September 11th, providing a direct air link between the west of Scotland and Jersey for the first time in a number of years.
The route was announced by Jersey-based holiday company CI Travel Group, whose managing director Robert Mackenzie said he is ‘delighted’ it would be operating the flights in partnership with Flybe summer next year. He said: ‘With UK holidaymakers deserting the euro zone in favour of a holiday closer to home, we believe that this new route will prove popular with both new and existing clients in central and southern Scotland.'
