Airport adds 90 seasonal staff

Prestwick Airport has recruited 90 staff in preparation for its busy spring and summer period. The jobs are across all departments at the airport, from customer services and back office roles, to check in and airport security staff.
Iain Cochrane, the airport's chief executive officer, said: ‘We have geared up for our peak period. Ryanair has a busy spring and summer schedule, flying to all its popular sunspots. Wizz Air also has its regular flights to Warsaw and Gdansk, plus we have a significant number of charter flights heading off to the sun each week over the period.’
